It is not a secret that I have problems with my heels. Sometimes I will end the day with my heels throbbing, even after trying to relieve the pain. I know that the shoes I wear aren't the best shoes but I have an office job and I can't wear tennis shoes. Even if I could wear them, tennis shoes still leave me with heel pain. I have a pair of Sperrys that look nice enough but still hurt my feet. Flats are even worse. Flip flops are the absolute worst.
I came across LeWonde Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support Foot Compression Braces and Heel Inserts. I got a pretty good deal to give them a shot so I figured it would be worth it. Boy, was I ever right!
The first time I wore them was with a not too supportive tennis shoe. I was in no pain! But this could just be a one time thing, right? WRONG! I tried them with my more supportive tennis shoes and no pain!
Being in total amazement, I decided to try them in the Sperrys that I wear to work. I quickly slipped them into my shoes, put them on and took off to work. Guess what? No heel pain!
At this point, I feel like I have found something wonderful, but there was one more test: flats. I switched the inserts from my Sperrys to my flats and went to work. To my surprise, the heel inserts passed this test and I was heel pain free!
I am so glad I took a chance with these and I highly recommend them to anyone with heel pain!
